“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”
- Norman Vincent Peale.
Throughout my early high school years, I so was terrified of failing to achieve perfection, an impossible task, I was afraid to even try to reach for my goals, leaving me without confidence and not reaching my true potential. This quote resonated with me as highlights the importance of effort, and shows that trying your best is an achievement in itself. Ultimately, it allowed me to understand that success isn't in the achievement itself, but in having the confidence and courage to pursue your goals, and that with determination and hard work, you can achieve anything.
